GMI Contractors, Inc employs the highest level of trained and skilled mechanics in the industry. Our workforce is trained by the Finishing Trades Institute of the Mid – Atlantic Region and in 2009 The FTI became the first stand – alone building trades apprenticeship program to receive full accreditation from the US Department of Education.

GMI is proud to have our labor force come out of a nationally recognized training program and we stand behind the mission of the FTI and recognize we have the best craftsman hands down. We are only as good as the men and women who stand with us on each and every project.
